Redefining the business structure


Orient Capital, a successful international business specialising in shareholder analysis software, approached MND and writer Claire Falcon to help them develop presentation materials to sell their business to the UK market.

Looking at the potentially overwhelming array of products offering different ways to analyse and work with a shareholder database, we realised that a core product, Miraqle, was effectively acting as their ‘operating system’. This insight, along with structuring the other products into related and colour-coded families, allowed us to tell their story in a simpler and clearer way.

This way of looking at the business was very quickly adopted throughout the global company allowing them not only to talk clearly about existing products but providing a framework to identify and catagorise new ones.
