Making things easier to use

Tate & Lyle approached MND to redesign their Crisis Management Manual. The existing tome, a large loose-leaf ring binder, was imposing and not particularly user-friendly.

We suggested turning the manual into a kit containing everything you would need when handling a crisis. The kit includes a manual and contacts section printed as A5 documents that can be updated easily; a wallet-sized mini guide; and a branded memory stick containing all the files so that you can access them at any time.

The resulting package is much easier to use, a friend to turn to in times of need.
